The Support Plan module allows you to develop IPPs, ISPs, IEPs, behaviour Support Plans, Success in School Plans and any other plans needed by the school or district to support an individual student.
Customize templates to align with Provincial and State reporting standards
Access the students assigned to you through ACTIVE SUPPORT PLANS on your WeCollab homepage
Access and review Support Plans as part of the WeCollab student profile
Create an overarching goal within the specified template
Add a sub-goal to scaffold student success
Link supports/actions during any student meeting to current Support Plan goals to ensure continuous progress monitoring of student goals
